All of our produce is local or organic, vegan, non-GMO, free of soy, nuts and dairy. Our beans and grains are sprouted for better nutrient absorption and digestion. Everything is gluten-free except for our pitas and buns, which can be substituted for a cabbage leaf. Our fried items are cooked in grape seed oil, which can handle a higher smoke point without turning rancid or into a trans fat. The menu has been curated and blessed by our holistic nutrition coach, Gina Ragnone, and we pride ourselves in using #NoFakeShit.
